Welcome,
Last month we reflected on the topic of renewal, inspiring a humbling wealth of calls and emails from so many of you. Besides simply catching up and learning the latest about your business, we were able to score some big wins on behalf of new and renewing clients alike.
One trucking company lowered their premium by 25% which is impressive considering most carrier rates have gone up. They mentioned following our recommendations on how to improve driver safety scores as the main driver for lowering their premium.
With 15 vehicles on their fleet, they gradually hired new mechanics and improved upon all their inspections, replaced older vehicles and ended the year with no claims! With claims staying on record 3-5 years (depending on the carrier), you can imagine the headaches this company saved while driving more business.
SWAN and team are regularly sharing tips around how to make wins like this real on LinkedIn. More information below on opportunities for your company and connecting with our team, including expanded physician coverage for veterans and more.
Non Emergency Medical Transport specialist Marc Crawford recently expanded SWAN's support for Symbol 2, 8, and 9 autos. AI Trucking and Intermodal specialist Amy Luong will be sharing opportunities around workers' comp. In March, SWAN Cross-Border specialist Kevin Mealey will be at AgroBaja events in Mexicali.
We know there's plenty of people to connect with, pages to follow, and that social media can be overwhelming. Much like your inbox, the SWAN team and I promise to do our best to curate and share that which is most meaningful to you and your business.
If you have anything in particular you'd like to hear or learn more about, we invite you to share with us! Our customers are our greatest teachers (and champions) and there are many fleets who would stand to benefit from your needs the same.
Until our next edition, we look forward to connecting with you on LinkedIn. Thank you for your continued support as we work to help you Sleep Well At Night.
Thank you,
Chris Mahlberg, TRS
