SWAN Celebrates 5 Years Reflecting with our Team In light of our fifth anniversary, we wanted to acknowledge our team's synergy and how they inspire one another in making SWAN a special place for us and our clients alike. Amy, Chris, Kevin, and Marc recently attended the CA Trucking Show in Ontario and returned with a wealth of intel. Ahead of that show, Kevin and Michael met with fleet managers in Baja while Amy and Chris met with members of the Harbor Trucking Association, a coalition of intermodal carriers serving West Coast ports. Anna recently attended a conference hosted by one of SWAN's insurance partners, Amwins. Presentations by IIABCal CEO Jill Epstein and other insurance industry professionals provide invaluable intel for our team and clients' benefit the same. Beyond the office, Michael recently participated in his alma mater's 5K run and our team will be participating in more as well. Chris is active with Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego and has been awarded Big Brother of the Year for his mentorship. EVs All The Buzz at CA Trucking Show Our team recently attended the CA Trucking Show where people were buzzing about EV trucks and options to ease costs in meeting changing regulations. Many businesses were focused on building upon the electric truck charging infrastructure, much like we've seen for consumer vehicles and charging stations. Others are creating leasing business models where drivers pick up and drop off EV trucks from electric truck depots. Options help ease the adoption of ZEVs as fleet owners adapt to newer regulations.
